We believe that the best functioning team is one that spends a lot of time together and resolves their differences together. It is okay to disagree here, but it’s not okay to do so disrespectfully. This is true at the top, and all the way through the agency.

We sit in one big room together, and we all know what’s going on – this automatically fosters teamwork and alignment.

We involve agency members in our interview process, so we all have a say in who comes here. Those who fit are recognized right away because they contribute immediately. Once people are here, they work hard and they play hard.

The net of all of this is that Amalgamated is an agency filled with smart, curious people who are good listeners and good collaborators, all working in an environment where good ideas quickly rise to the top and creativity is celebrated above all else.
